With the development of information technology and the constant extending of communication band, also processing capacity and displaying capacity of mobile terminal. Mobile communication changing from the speech service to digital service, kinds of motion increment services emerge one after another incessantly and mobile payment is a luminescent spot. This dissertation defines mobile payment as the process of two parties exchanging financial value using a mobile device in return for goods, services or paying the fees. A mobile device defines a wireless communication device, including mobile phones, PDAs, wireless tablets, and mobile computers. Paying by mobile phone is one of the main paying methods for mobile-commerce. It not only permits customers to do business more freely, but also improve corporations' benefits. It has a bright prospect.Since being started in 2002, using the mobile phone to pay has developed slowly until 2004. From 2004 to now, mobile operators quicken their steps to enter the market and enhance the research on mobile payment. Some third party mobile payment operators' services increase smoothly too. These help the mobile payment expand to more provinces. These also give more chances for the partners to cooperation in value chain. However, we should realize that, mobile payment is in junior phase in China. Its definition, boundary and technology methods are still blurry. And its credit safe, commercial mode should be researched. To make the fast development of mobile payment, we should find the key factors which influence the development of mobile payment, sequentially, build a commercial mode which is fit for traits of Chinese market.This paper introduces the payment style detailed, studied the new technologies used in mobile payment, such as RFID and NFC, in their prospect, do the analysis of value-chain of mobile payment, propose the methods how to make the three main partners in the value chain of mobile payment: mobile operator, bank and third part service provider, rely on their special resources, promote the mobile payment, divide the work in reason and cooperation nearly.The research analyzes the development of domestic and foreign mobile payment, including modes of implement, structure of industrial value chain, business mode, the present situation of mobile payment and so on. It analyzes the business mode, products characteristic, business benefits and profit mode of JIM Business Co. Ltd. At the last, the existing problems of mobile payment is given, analyzes the several problems should be considered in spreading of mobile payment.
