Gansu Province, Agriculture Circulation Economy Development Countermeasure Research

Gansu as a typical resource-based province, who provides a lot of resources and materials for the country's economic and social development, makes a significant contribution. In this process, gradually a very significant "two high and one resource" structure has been formed, economic development has strong dependence on resources, especially non-renewable resources, and there is a huge pressure on resources and the environment. So in order to make economic and social development of Gansu more benign and rapid, we must combine the advantage in resources and transformations in development organically and go the way of recycling economy development. At present, our country pays close attention to the sustainable development of the northwest. Recently introduced "the overall circular economic planning of Gansu Province" has laid a certain foundation for the positive development of agricultural recycling economic. In this paper, through evaluating the status of development of agricultural recycling economic in Gansu, especially analyzing the favorable conditions for developing agricultural recycling economy and the strong constraints of ecological vulnerability in Hexi area, we will positively explore new sustainable development model for the industrialization of agriculture, and provide feasible solutions further for the "three rural issues".Through involves the discussion and the research of the question to this article, we finally draw the following conclusion:in the process of industrialization of agriculture in Gansu, we should promote the agricultural recycling economic as a priority, this is consistent with national policy, but also the actual effective combination of Gansu. It's the advantageous method and the effective way of agriculture sustainable development of Gansu Province.
