| After 20 years'development, the Chinese bank card industry has developed a lot, which results in increasing volume of bank card issuance, improvement of overall environment, intensive network in cities and a common phenomenon by using bank card to consume, transfer and pay cost. As a Bank Card Association, UnionPay plays an important role in many aspects, like making standards, transferring liquidation, regulating market standards, preventing the risk, constructing and maintaining consciousness of being a national brand. It also promotes the bank card industry to achieve a great-leap-forward development.At present, because of the increasingly innovation in bank card payment, UnionPay mainly faces three challenges in its development. The first challenge is the rapid rising of the third-party payment institutions. The second threat is the bank card organizations from overseas. The last challenge is that it must adapt to the new situation and innovation environment. Based on original service system, UnionPay produces the Second Generation Comprehensive Service System to enforce the status of traditional business, develop innovation business, improve the service value about relevant-parties and enhance market competitiveness. Now the most important task is to popularize this system as soon as possible.This research focuses on the use of second-generation system. Through analyzing the characteristics of the Second Generation Comprehensive Service System, the mode of company organization and the needs of human resource, the problems related to its promotion will arise in this paper. Besides, this article also presents some suggestions about promotion methods and briefly summarizes the systematic strategies of promotion and application by using Promoting and Marketing Theory. |
