With the scope of cross-bank transactions of UnionPay has become wider and wider,the business volume has increased year by year,and the cross-bank error transactions of UnionPay have also increased.In order to ensure the security of funds flow in the cross-bank transaction business of UnionPay,China UnionPay has developed a platform for handling errors of UnionPay,which can be used by network-entry agencies to complete the processing of errors,so as to jointly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of cardholders,special merchants,network-entry agencies and China UnionPay.As a member organization of China UnionPay,Bank C must complete relevant error transaction in time according to the business rules of China UnionPay.However,due to the constraints of existing conditions,the debit system of Bank C has not been connected with the platform of error processing of UnionPay,and the backward means of manual declaration and manual liquidation of funds are still used to complete the related work.In 2012,China UnionPay launched the docking project of the internal debit system of the member organizations of UnionPay Error Processing Platform.At the same time,it issued the interface standards and technical standards of UnionPay.The head office of Bank C combines the current processing mode of interbank account transfer business of UnionPay and organizes branches to conduct in-depth study on the feasibility and necessity of platform docking.Through multi-dimensional analysis,it is believed that it is necessary to realize the docking between internal account transfer system of Bank C and error handling platform of UnionPay and to build a highly automated,functional,smooth process and efficient processing system in line with the development direction of UnionPay.In order to adapt to the rapid development of new business products of Bank C,UnionPay's cross-bank error adjustment business system is introduced.In 2017,under the overall arrangement of the head office,the Inner Mongolia Branch of Bank C has been tested and improved hundreds of times in combination with its own actual situation,and successfully launched the new generation of centralized operation service,Interbank Errors and Accounting Information Exchange Management System Phase 2.2,which realizes the functional interface connection between the internal debit platform of Bank C Inner Mongolia Branch and the error service system of Bank C Inner Mongolia Branch and ensures the error location.End-to-end closed-loop operation of process management,high efficiency and safety.This paper mainly studies the process optimization scheme of Bank C Inner Mongolia Branch's Interbank Account Transfer Business System,which is divided into five chapters according to the ideas of finding problems,analyzing problems and solving problems.The first chapter introduces the research significance,background,research methods and ideas of the paper;the second chapter introduces the relevant business and theory,which is the theoretical basis for the optimization of the inter-bank reconciliation business process of Bank C Inner Mongolia Branch;the third chapter analyses the problems existing in the inter-bank reconciliation business process of Bank C Inner Mongolia Branch;the fourth chapter puts forward the inter-bank reconciliation business system of Bank C Inner Mongolia Branch.The fifth chapter summarizes the full text,elaborates the important significance and implementation effect of the cross-bank adjustment business process optimization of Bank C Inner Mongolia Branch,UnionPay.
