With the rapid growth of the social economy, as daily necessities, mobile communication tools become more and more important. It has been three years since China Telecommunication Trade has its recombination. After that, China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom are unanimously busy chasing their higher shares of market even though these three communication operators have differences in the scope of business, product mix and marketing strategies, which accelerates the development of the mobile communication market; simultaneously, which improves its competitiveness.Until the end of May in 2011, the general population of Jiuquan reaches 1,020,000. According to the business data analysis of May, the amount of mobile subscribers among China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom is up to 990,000. The market popularizing rate surpasses 97%. The share of market of Jiuquan mobile reaches 68% while it decreases by 2% during the whole year's fierce competition. It is extremely necessary to have a systematic analysis of competitive situation and its marketing strategy, which is completely important to increase the share of market of Jiuquan mobile.This thesis analyzes inside and outside circumstances and current situation of Jiuquan mobile. It gives a summary of adverse conditions which Jiuquan mobile is facing. Meanwhile the thesis uses the principles of marketing to make a suggestion on marketing strategy of Jiuquan mobile. This thesis is going to be instructive and meaningful to the marketing work of Jiuquan mobile. Simultaneously, it will have a great reference value to the benign competition of the mobile communication industry in Jiuquan.
