With the rapid development of Internet technology,the communication business has also been greatly developed and improved.In order to seize the market share and development opportunities,each city mobile company has adopted a series of policies,and formulated corresponding marketing plans according to the market demand,so as to seize a larger market share in the communication market.In recent years,with the continuous expansion of college enrollment and the rapid expansion of the mobile communication market in Colleges and universities,Z City China Mobile quickly seized the huge business opportunity of College communication market,and constantly launched campus communication products to strive for more college students' consumer groups.However,the research found that the current campus business of Z City mobile company is far from meeting the needs of college students.How to find out the corresponding solutions to this problem has gradually become the focus and difficulty for Z City mobile company to vigorously develop the mobile communication business in Colleges and universities.Based on the research of marketing and consumption theory,this paper designs and makes a campus communication questionnaire for college students.By using the questionnaire method,this paper analyzes the current consumption mode,consumption demand and consumption psychology of college students.At the same time,it also analyzes the environment of mobile communication market in Z City and the problems existing in the business marketing process of mobile companies.This paper studies and analyzes,and tries to find the corresponding solutions and strategies to improve the market share of Z City mobile company in Z City mobile communication,and mainly obtains the following conclusions:(1)in order to improve the share of Z City mobile in the college telecommunication market,and expand the consumer groups,Z City mobile company increases the membership rights,intelligent campus and other Internet services on the basis of "broadband + mobile communication" and other integrated services,andexpands the product coverage;(2)in order to solve the problems existing in the development of mobile university business in Z City,the market is divided into high-end market,middle end market and low-end market from the aspects of product,price,channel,promotion and consumer consumption level,and corresponding solutions are put forward to meet the needs of current Z city's University telecommunication business,so as to achieve the purpose of increasing the market share of mobile business in Z city.
