The modern market competition mainly appears brand competition. It is imperative for the implementation of brand strategy as to a state-owned enterprise which is mainly products and processes agricultural productions. Hei Long Jiang province which is one of the major grain-producing provinces is not only an important commodity grain base, but also the demonstration area which is shouldering to play a leading role for modern agriculture. This article take the Hong Qi Ling farm of Hong Xing Long Authority of Hei Long Jiang agricultural reclamation as the research object, as a point to an area, probe a road of of agricultural enterprises in China. Through systematic analysis, case analysis and SWOT analysis and so on, comprehensive analysis the status of the Hong Qi Ling farm brand and the environment of the implementation of brand, identify the weaknesses and the problems, clarify the strategic plan content of Hong Qi Ling farm, directly propose the countermeasures and suggestions of the brand strategy to the Hong Qi Ling farm finally. It has some practical significance to research on this subject which will provide the strategic consultation for the future development of the Hong Qi Ling farm brand and the corporate development researching of the whole reclamation area, and which will also provide the reference for the appropriate strategic planning of the peer companies.
