Expections and understanding about quality are on change with the times. And the quality management system, which is a means to realize the quality requirements, has been revised and intergrated in the purpose of further optimization and improvement. As early as in 1987, ISO9000 standards are established for implementation worldwide and followed by the 6 sigma methodology, total quality management system based excellence performance management mode, and ISO/TS16949 system, unique suitable for auto industry, all these standards and requirements all developed and established in relatively short period of time.However, the ISO standards and requirements only serve as framework or basic requirements for organizations, especial the auto industries plants and companies. And key function of 6sigma still remains in quality improvement. There is still remains empity place as how the plants, especially, the auto industry plants, achieve excellent business results although there is EPM model for reference, but it is only an evaluation system, not an operational system, Which drives me put it as an essecial research direction of this essay, which is of great significance and importance at current situation when local car makers and their supplier chains are facing increasing challenge and quality becomes vital in this fierse competition world.JMC steady growth and healthy developments in recent years, in particular, its unwaved leadership position in commercial vehicle segment market is the test result of its successful management practices or management system. This essay consists fo five chapters, taking JMC successful management practises as research base, referring to current advanced quality system development trends and knowledge, deep diving JMC quality management system for systematic analysis and diagnosis with the purpose of sharing the good practices and providing effective solution for further improvement not only for JMC, but also for auto industry plants and companies.
