Since China's formal join in WTO on November 10, 2001, the local automobile industry sped up its progress to integrate into the global economy. After signing the global unification technology laws and regulations memorandum of agreement, our country adopted the global automobile industry technology standard ISO/TS16949 which was promulgated by the ISO (International Standard Organization) and IATF (International Automotive Task Force). Each big automobile manufacturer and the well-known automobile spare part purchasing group set the ISO/TS16949 registration request to its subordinate supplier. Therefore if the lubricants enterprise wants to become the vehicle oil supplier for OEM market, it's necessary for the lubricants enterprise to obtain the ISO/TS16949 authentication.This thesis firstly introduced the origin and the development background of ISO/TS16949, the necessity for the authentication of ISO/TS16949 for the lubricating oil enterprise, and then presented the research methodology, major contents and the major purpose and the siginificance of the research. Part II elaborated the Total Quality Management, Daiming Wheel, eight quality control principle , ISO9000 series standard and its core essense , ISO/TS16949 and ISO9001 relations, ISO/TS16949 and QS-9000, VDA6.1 relations. Part III introduced M lubricating oil company quality management system's review and the application, analyzed the M company system operating superiority aspect, discovered the M company's main system's issues using the histogram chart quality control tool, analyzed the issues root cause. The last part proposed the improvement actions of the M company management system.Based on investigation on the characteristic of lubricating oil industry, this thesis summarized M Company's operational system, of which three research areas have been covered or summarized, but still requires further study. The three areas are: First, the connection and recognition of the customer-orientation process, management process and support process of the lubricating oil enterprise; Second, the monitoring of lubricating oil product key quality charecteristics SPC (Statistical Process Control), reducing the variation and the quality risk; Third, the improvement of lubricants inventory management, to reduce the delivery cost effectively.
