With the reform of social security system in China, enterprise annuities have developed rapidly in recent years. The establishment and development of enterprise annuity system plays an important role in the improvement of a country's pension insurance system, promotion of economic development and maintenance of social stability. Under the dual pressures of population aging and serious pension funding gap, the large-scale establishment and promotion of enterprise pension system across the country is imperative.This thesis accurately defines the content, substance and characteristics of the enterprise annuity; points out the difference and relation among enterprise annuity, pension funds, and commercial insurance. And on this basis, this thesis sorts out the origin of annuities and the development process of enterprise annuity system, and provides a theoretical groundwork for the further analysis of the construction of enterprise annuity system.On the operational level, taking a large state-owned enterprise as an example, this essay makes a comprehensive analysis of the establishment of enterprise annuity system and the specific implementation process, which includes the general idea and principle, fees and payback, and management framework. Furthermore, according to the characteristics of China's enterprise annuity system, this thesis makes a scientific design of enterprise annuity management framework, including the management committee, council, account managers, fund custodians, and investment managers. Moreover, this thesis makes a deep discussion of some of the theoretical and practical issues the company should solve when establishing an enterprise annuity system, and constructs systematically operational process of the enterprise annuity system which includes information communication, contribution fees, remuneration payment, investment operations, pension reporting. Finally, the author also presents a series of forward-looking and practical measures as well as operable suggestions as to the practical problems which may arise, providing a strong guidance in the establishment and operation of enterprise annuity system.Based on the general concept and basic principles of current enterprise annuity system established, the author puts forward some practical suggestions, such as holding meetings of the Council and investment forum regularly, sending payment notice to the custodian bank periodically, strengthening the supervision and investment management of enterprise annuity fund, drafting of investment risk management system, paying attention to routine works which include reporting business reports of pension fund management, collating investment and management reports, accumulating pension funds and timely transferring investment and issued payment orders, established a complete set of enterprise annuity management system We hope this thesis on China's pension system will have some stimulating effects on the operation of various enterprise annuities, and provoke more attention on the running of the enterprise annuity system in China .
