Since China joined the WTO, its retail market has been fully opened, under the impact of economic globalization; the business environment and operating philosophy have changed a lot in China's retail market. CB Company as a member of the China's retail market companies, how can it survive and expand in the fierce competition market? The answer is to establish the "customer is all-important" concept, and constantly improving customer satisfaction, satisfying customer requirements in order to enhance the enterprises'competitiveness.This study puts emphasis on two aspects: Firstly, it investigated and analyzed the CB Company's customer satisfaction, including the company's customer satisfaction index evaluation model, building evaluation index system, based on the model and evaluation system to investigated and analyzed the company's customer satisfaction; Secondly, providing suggestions to improve the company's customer satisfaction according to the report.This article will apply the customer satisfaction theory to the true corporation. Initially, this paper states the motivation of the research, described the status of domestic and foreign customer satisfaction researches. Hereafter it introduced the concepts of the customer satisfaction,customer satisfaction index and loyalty, and analyzed the market opportunities and challenges for the CB Company. With the theoretical support and company's unique features, we established one customer satisfaction evaluation systems for CB Company which include five second-level quotas and 41 third-level quotas, the five second-level quotas are corporate image, business conditions, market environment, service quality. Following this paper detailed presented the programming of the questionnaire about the company's customer satisfaction, the samples'confirmation, extraction and implementation etc., further analyzed and evaluated the customer satisfaction data. Finally, according to results of the customer satisfaction analysis report, we provided some suggestions to improve the company's customer satisfaction.
