In the accelerated economic globalization today, along with the intensification of social change and increasingly f ierce competition in the market, increas ing competition among enterprises. And compet ition among enterprises, in the f inal analysis is the competi tion of talents. Corporate managers have more clearly recognized that human resources as strategic resource for devel opment of moder n enter prises, in such a spects as improvingenterprise performance, improving the comp etitiveness of enterprises is of gr eat strategic significance. Therefore, the level of employee satisfaction will not only affect the ability to survive in the fierce competition in the enterprise, or may relate to the future development prospects. How to measure and evaluate employee satisfaction and improve the management of employee satisfaction, modern enterprises need to address the important issues.DM is a Sino-German joi nt vent ure auto company, complet ed in 2013, struct ural adjustment, and i mplements the Organization and reorganization of the personnel structure, also poses great challenges for employee satisfaction. Paper based on the research literature, interview and questionnaire methods were used, from the Outlook of the company, management, corporate culture, leaders, partners, w ork, perfo rmance evaluation, compensation and benefits, personal development nine dimensions analysis for DM employee satisfaction. Studies have sh own that DM is currently the staf f overall satisf action, performance evaluation, compensation and benefits, especially in personal development and corporate culture of lower satisfaction. Beyond that, also according to gender, age, academic qualifications and length of ser vice of vari ous statistical analyses of satisfaction, found age 30-39 years, employees have been wor king for years for personal professional development needs of the higher, companies need to attract attention.Based on the discussion on the t heory and practice of employee satisfaction, providing DM companies in the management of employees atisfaction with a number of recommendations in order to achieve the goal of improving factory efficiency.
