Hotel industry as one of turism industry is developing rapidly,with the background of the national Eleventh Five-Year and Twelfth Five-Year Plan proposed to devlop modern service.Hotel construction is changing,increcing its marketing competition. Pricing is the foundation of business management and an important part of it is a manifestation of the product market positioning, but also the key to whether or not corporate profits, which is a top priority and inseparable to achieve revenue management, reasonable pricing will help to make revenue management maximum, so does hotel room pricing,room value determine the importance of pricing,which need to sense pulse of market ang understand custmer needs at anytime,so room pricing should based on dynamic characteristics.Originated in the 1980s, the U.S. air transport sector revenue management, with the aerospace research and application and then a great success, it gradually began to be used hotels, car rental and tourism. In essence, the hotel revenue management is a dynamic strategy to increase revenue,which is blanace between room occupancy rates and average room rates to maximizing the benefits. In recent years, international hotel management group attaches great importance to the implementation of revenue management and use of revenue management has become a holy grail in competitive hotel market. pricing However, at domestic, especially local private hotel management, hotel revenue management single application rate is still relatively slow. How to combine theory with pricing and revenue management hotel management practice, be applied to business practice is a scientific institute in this article.In this paper, from pricing strategy and revenue management theory as a starting point,combined with its implement in hotel industry, contacting SV Executive Hotel actual operating conditions to be analyzed, which found that the current enterprise merit and shortcomings, and then propose specific solutions and measures and private hotel in the implementation of revenue management system to protect.
