Since China implemented the reform and open policy, the tourism industry has beendeveloping very fast, And also promoted the rapid development of the hotel industry.However, the economic benefits of China's hotel industry is not optimistic, as theestablishment of a large number of new hotel brought excess rooms'capacity and theinvestment recovery of pressure, so that the hotel industry'competition has beenstrengthened and they gain benefits on the decline. Meanwhile, After China's accession tothe world trade organization, more well-known international hotel began to land in China,Which intensifies the hotel market competition. Therefore, we should strengthen researchof tourist hotel revenue management and combine revenue management and actualsituation of China hotel industry, which has the theory and the practice double meaningfor the development of the hotel industry of China.Objective of this paper is revenue management on tourism hotel room. Because thehotel industry meet the conditions of the implementation of revenue management, thesame time, And because the hotel guests and aviation guests is different, their arrival andleave time is not uniform, so has its own characteristic. This paper will combine theoryand practice, on the basis of discussion'the concept of revenue management, the relevanttheory and research trends at home and abroad, mainly research method of revenuemanagement. To market segmentation, demand forecast, ultra sale, control of roomstructure, price establishment and management of team'guest carries on the detailedanalysis of the research. Meanwhile, According to the China hotel of existent problem onimplementing revenue management put forward specific strategies. Finally, for exampleanalysis, combining the theoretical analysis and physical truth, demonstrates the realvalue of the revenue management.Revenue management as a kind of advanced and abroad has been extensivelyapplied and has been gained a huge success'management mode and concept. In China,however, is still in the research and application of the relative primary stage. Therefore,The strengthen research of revenue management, universal concept of revenue management, development suited China's hotel industry'revenue management systems,which is avail to improve the management level of hotel industry, increase hotel industry'income and make China's hotel industry having more powerful competition, which forthe hotel industry has great significance.
