Over the past three decades since the reform and opening up, China is currently in the Period of Economic Transition and the social problem is gradually complicated. Especially some enterprises often brush aside employees'rights and interests. Only from commercial interests, some problems often lead to industrial and employment dispute.Cases of industrial and employment dispute increase year by year in our country.If industrial dispute are treated badly, there may be sharp conflict and will directly affect harmonious society and stability of society,particularly in the the context of the present economic crisis. At this time,the government should actively guide small and medium enterprises that play an important role in safeguard social stability take CSR of Labor Relationship and Increasing employment opportunities.So constructing the index system of the CSR of Employer-Employee Relation in China is of great immediate significance.In this paper, that is concerned with studying in Different Scale Enterprises of CSR of Labor Relationship, based on a variety of CSR standards (such as SA8000, HM3000 and international labor conventions, etc.) and existing laws and regulations (such as labor law, labor contract law, Women and Children Protection Act, the Protection of Minors Act, etc.) in china,to build a Index System of CSR of Labor Relationship Evaluation. And in accordance with previous research and on interviews with human resources experts designed in line with the national conditions of CSR of Labor Relationship questionnaire. Apply with Individuality advantage evaluation method,through computer software obtained the three-scale enterprises in the index system of the advantages of various features of the results of indicators and evaluation of the results of democracy, and in accordance with the size of the data results of the three dimensions of corporate social responsibility, labor relations situation of the missing Analysis.Three-scale enterprises based on the current problems for the Government had put forward proposals to resolve improving the effective size of labor relations in enterprises of different level of fulfillment of conditions of CSR. Contributing my forcein order to reduce labor disputes and promote social harmony and progress of China's enterprises to enter the international market.
