Supply chain management (SCM) was proposed by western scholars in the end of 1980s; it absorbed abroad attention both in academic and enterprises. In different levels of supply chain management, the main problems that supply chain management solved are different. The main objective to resolve is the issue of coordination in the strategic level, in the tactical level the main issue to solve is synchronized or integrated supply chain plan, the operational level is a place that the supply chain performs its actual operation, there are abundant idiographic physical factors of each enterprise nodes, such as factors of decision-making, uncertainties processing, storage, transportation, constraint of time and capacity, etc. Those uncertainties have a great effect on the supply chain management and decision-making. The operational level of supply chain as a support level of concrete realization in tactical and strategic management, its coordination effect directly decides whether the decisions of the above level can be implemented effectively. Therefore cooperative scheduling is the key and basis of solving the whole supply chain coordination management.In the thesis, supply chain cooperative scheduling simulation as a main thread, researching on the cooperative scheduling issue of production processing with storage constraints and the number of transportation constraints in the supply chain by using some heuristic methods, it has theoretical significance and practical value.The research of this thesis includes the following parts.(1) Introducing current research in the domain of supply chain management. Through reading literatures on SCM and supply chain simulation (SCS) from internal and external, analyzing the issues and the solution techniques on SCM and SCS, combination of different constraints in the establishing mathematical models investigation on the cooperative scheduling problem.(2) Supply chain cooperative scheduling problem with limited intermediate storage was studied. Considering unilateral supply chain node cooperative scheduling and both of supply chain cooperative scheduling. Simulation algorithm based on heuristic rules was designed, a number of instances were generated randomly, then simulation was performed, the simulation results showed that different roles of coordination scheduling strategy.(3) Studying on the supply chain cooperative scheduling issue of finite intermediate storage with transportation constraints, considering unilateral supplier cooperative scheduling problem, unilateral manufacturer cooperative scheduling problem and both of supply chain cooperative scheduling issue in the three situations. In each random instances, we considered the situation with the number of transportation machine constraints and both of the nodes has a buffer capacity constraints, simulation was performed by using designed algorithm based on heuristic rules, the simulation results showed that different roles of coordination scheduling strategy.
