Simulation Of Production Scheduling For MC Supply Chain Based On Multi Agent Technology

Mass Customization (MC) Supply Chain has been an effective way for enterprises to improve their competency in the global market. MC, which integrates the advantages of customization mode and MP and provides customized products without sacrificing economic benefits, can improve customer satisfaction and enhance competitiveness.According to the character of MC Supply Chain and some bottle-neck problems, modeling and simulation method based on intelligent agent is provided. Combined with the agent developing tool (JADE) and expert system (JESS), a simulation has been done for advanced planning and scheduling system (APS), which will provide a theatrical and realistic guide for the implementation of Supply Chain Management.The main research subjects and innovative contents of thesis are as follows:1. On the basis of the analysis and overview of MC supply chain research and emergence of supply chain simulation, multi agent technology and expert system are combined into the implementation of simulation in MC supply Chain for solving the real problems.2. Research about foundational theory and enabled technology in agent technology has been made systematically. While there are many facets of agent hood, for supply chain simulation, we are especially interested in modeling principle and innovative methods. Meanwhile, we compared many agent developing tools and selected the most appropriated tool (JADE) in the simulation.3. Summarize MC supply chain simulation methods, one of which is used to design a simulation system. In the process of analysis, the advantages and disadvantages are deeply considered.4. Built a model about MC supply chain and made a simulation with multi agent developing tool (JADE).
