China Civil aviation transport has developed into a comprehensive transportation system essential force with 30 years of reform and opening up. At the same time, civil airlines have also been great development. From the 1980s, the implementation of enterprise reforms forms a new separation pattern of regional Administration, the airlines and airport management system with two decades of continuous reform of the civil aviation system to form a separate government functions from enterprises. At the end of 2010, there are total 43 airlines in China. In recent years, these airlines to seize opportunities, meet challenges, efforts to open up new market space, showing a good momentum of development.However, due to financial crisis and global economic uncertainty, volatility in crude oil prices, environmental protection and security pressure and other environmental factors, China's civilian airline has faced enormous pressures and challenges. Therefore, how to choose the appropriate competitive strategy to improve our level of competitiveness of airlines has become of great concern to all parties concerned.The development of civil aviation is not only a major national economic development performance, but also the country's competitiveness and economic strength, which has an irreplaceable role and status in the national transportation system. With the sustained rapid growth and global air transport liberalization, regionalization and the tide of airline alliances, airlines are facing ever more intense competition; because of the aviation service characteristics of difficulty to store, high input and low output and timing seasonal, the airline must quickly clear competitive strategy with its own characteristics. From international and domestic situation, the impact of low-cost airlines is relatively small in financial crisis. They have a more complete production chain, the service chain, the information chain and value chain in house, focusing on the core needs of the air transport market, complete marketing channel and the flexible management system. In the future, the competition strategy will become the industry trend, which are the pursuit of aviation market core demand, constantly subdivision air transport market target to create new business models and survival by learning focus low cost get rid of pure at low cost.However, growth ability, quality management and operational efficiency of SD aviation are higher than the industry average, which has a competitive advantage and also makes the rapid growth of the foundation in future. On this basis, this article proposes a strategy for SD aviation competition, that is, low cost leadership strategy, while noting that the implementation of relevant policies and security measures: customer-centric, the creation of brand services; effective use of new aerospace technology, accelerate the development of pace; improve revenue management and reduce company costs; the formation of a unique corporate culture; making the company a place in the next competition.
