Accompany with the cancelling of quota from 2005, the world textile & garments market will come into a non-quota era. Chinese textile & garments companies will come into a brand new ages.However, with the keep appreciating of RMB currency, the pressure of cancel the compensation for exporting products, and the serious competition situation make the future of Chinese textile and garment industry unclear. In this thesis there are total 6 chapters. The first chapter analyzed the whole world textile and garment industry situation and the intention of this thesis. And the second chapter briefly introduced the main theory which used in this article.The third chapter introduced the general situation of the NXT, Including the developing progress of this company, the changing of strategic management, the main business area and business type, and the matter met in the developing.The forth chapter is one of the key point of this thesis. We analyzed the outside circumstance of NXT company, the advantage and disadvantage of Chinese textile & garments industrial and the inside ability and resources of this company. We made a judgment according to SWOT analyses, and get a result what kind of strategy should be taken in the future development.The fifth chapter is another key point of this thesis. We focused on the NXT strategy factors, competitive strategy. Including the industrial competitive factors, the factors of market entry, the cost leadership strategy, the differentiation strategy, and the Focus strategy of NXT company.The last chapter is the brief summary of the main reasons which lead NXT company to the success.
