In the context of financial globalization, many countries have experienced or are experiencing the process of capital account liberalization in many countries. Compared with the capital input, the opening up of the output sub-accounts of capital account, as part of the capital account liberalization, was not attached the same importance by the academy. As China's economy growth maintains rapid, China's economic strength is obviously reflected by the rapid increase in foreign exchange reserves. And the government has implemented the "going out" strategy under the situation. There are two meanings of "going out" strategy; in the first it is the commodities output, and in the second it is the capital output which is the focus of the thesis. To develop the radiation strategy based on the endogenous capital is the strategic upgrade from the early import of the capital since China's opening policy to nowadays "going out" strategy. Promoting China's export of capital is one way to figure out the crack problem of energy supply and export of commodities, and China will develop from the stage of mainly export of commodities to the stage of the export of both capital and commodities goods. Combining the research results in relation to the capital export, the paper makes use of both qualitative and quantitative methods to study the current development of China's capital export. The innovation of the paper lies in that the paper studies the issues of opening-up of sub-accounts of capital export from the perspective of the various forms of capital export. First of all, in the part of the introduction, the sub-accounts of capital export is defined. Secondly, from the perspective of three forms of capital export such as QDII, sovereign wealth funds and foreign direct investment, the paper studies the status and main problems of capital export in China. And at the same time learned from other countries from the perspective of QDII, sovereign wealth funds and foreign direct investment, the paper puts forward with the recommendations to promote China's capital export.
