Research On International Trade Finance Of The Small And Medium-Sized Foreign Trade Enterprises In China

After joining the WTO, China's foreign trade has been rapidly developed and China has become the world trade power. However, as an important force in the development of our country's foreign trade, the Small And Medium-Sized Foreign Trade Enterprises universally have difficulty in international trade finance. International trade finance can effectively settle the problem of financial constraints during the course of foreign trade business and promote the expansion of the bank's own business. So how to solve the international trade finance "bottleneck" is the problem urgently solved for both banks and enterprises and how to make use of trade finance is the key of enterprises'developing foreign trade.Based on the analysis of the theory of international trade finance and financing methods, combined with our small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises in international trade financing difficult situation, this paper sums up the main problems of the current China's small and medium foreign trade enterprises in international trade finance, and analyzes the cause of China's small and medium foreign trade enterprises'difficulty in international trade finance, which includes both the reasons for their own shortcomings and many other reasons such as banks and government. Then, learn from the advanced experience of the developed countries in the use of international trade finance for SME development, which are a sound financial system, the role of Export-Import Bank and the Government's guidance. It puts forward some solutions and suggestions in solving those problems:the government departments to increase efforts to support small and medium-sized foreign trade enterprises to eliminate concerns about bank loans, banks to emphasis on small and medium enterprise development and actively develop the trade finance products suitable for small and medium sized foreign trade enterprises, and the enterprises to improve their own quality and credit, standardized financial management and so on. These have important theoretical and practical significance for the development of Small And Medium-Sized Foreign Trade Enterprises'international trade and explore of the international market.
