On the other hand,it may causes regional industries to be structural assimilation, which eventually leads to "lemon effect" or gradually disappearance of the advantage in the traditional industries. Therefore, Cuishan lake Transfer-park takes the responsibility of absorbing extraneous industries. It is great significance of planning and positioning relevant industries, scientific predicting the income and expenses of the part,leading to the result of scientific financial evaluation.Firstly,this paper uses the principal component analysis method to make an objective evaluation on the leading industries the Cuishan lake transfer-part has chosen according to a series of index that influence the choose of the leading industries. Secondarily , it is to estimate the park's cash outflows according to the actual situation of the operation , the future development of the park and related laws of engineering costs.The revenue is constituted of the plant rental income, land income, Park's management fee income and income tax profit.The forsee of income tax profit is essentially complex nonlinear system.The investment intensity , investment scale , land area of each leading industry are Key factors that influence income tax profit. Various factors are constantly changing, and the traditional prediction tend to ignore this.This paper proposes to use the BP neural network to solve.The BP neural network is a nonlinear dynamic system, which can realize in the nonlinear relationship of mapping in arbitrary precision between variables. Through the learning and training of the samples,it enables the system with dealing with nonlinear capacity and system fitting ability, so as to increase the prediction accuracy in the uncertainty. In view of the park operating in the initial stage, it is not significant that various factors affect the result of income tax profit in only two and a half years. This paper based on time series of single factor to use BP neural network to predict the tax profit and make the financial benefit of the preliminary evaluation.When the park grows up, several related indicators affecting the park's tax profit is very remarkable,so in the last this paper puts forward n- factors BP neural network to modify the preliminary model. |
