The Visual Analysis Of Theory Of Chinese Management

In recent years, Information visualization technique which is emerging is an important research method and mean in the area of scientific metrology and metrology knowledge, and has been widely applied to various fields. In this paper, using the words co-occurrence analysis, the information visualization, the citation analysis, the co-citation analysis, the word frequency analysis, the cluster analysis, literature research methods such as analysis and rendering CiteSpace software, we draw network knowledge maps of Theory of Chinese Management.We want to display visually and analyze visually the Theory of Chinese Management from all angles.We selected Chinese Social Science Citation Index (CSSCI) as a data source library. Respectively, using the "Eastern Management", "Harmonious Management,' "Harmony Management", "Chinese-style Management", "Daoben Management" "Overall Management", "Chinese philosophy of Management"," People Management " and so on, we searched documents on Theory of Chinese Management of form 1998 to 2009 year. We downloaded 432 documents. After transforming the format of these documents, We operated CiteSpace software for data visualization, respectively, generating the network map of Words co-occurrence, the network map of Document co-citation, the network map of Author co-citation, the network map Journals co-citation. On this basis, depending on the year, frequency and centrality drew out the center sort table of Keywords co-occurrence network, the center sort table of Document co-citation network, the center sort table of Author co-citation network, the center sort table of Journal co-citation network.Through analyzing the network map of words co-occurrence, the center sort table of Keywords co-occurrence network, the data distribution table of Keywords co-occurrence network, combing with Keywords co-occurrence, word frequency analysis, citation analysis and other analysis method, we found that people focus the main questions which is the People Management, The Harmonious Management, the Theory of harmony management and Chinese-style management in the development of Theory of Chinese Management form 1998 year, and shifting through Assumption of human nature, Business Management, Uncertainty, Harmonious theme, Theme drift. They are turning points and the convergence points of knowledge. With China's continued study of management theory, people's understanding of Chinese management theory more and more mature, and form a series of bifurcation theory. And they also recognize some problems of the Theory of Chinese management.By the network map Document co-citation n, the network map Author co-citation, the center sort table of Document co-citation network, the center sort table of Author co-citation network, and depending on the Document co-citation analysis, the Author co-citation analysis, citation analysis, word frequency analysis, statistical analysis, we obtained the Theory of harmony management were the most mature in the representation theory of the Theory of Chinese Management; and the very few people focus on Daoben management although at this stage, but from the number of published on eight core journals, it will become a main area of research, as people more and more attention in this area.Counting the number of document which were published in the Journal of Management, Management Science, Management World, Nankai Business Review, China Industrial Economy, Economic Management, and combining with the center sort table of Journal co-citation network, We found that the number of document which were published on six core journals was small. So the quality of document is not high and Theory of Chinese Management had ideological orientation. The main reasons are theory form practice, research methods are not standardized, and no data to prove theory.Therefore, the Theory of Chinese Management should focus the Theory of harmony management, People Management and so on. We should return to the practice for our theoretical researching, finding data to prove theory.
