The Visualized Citation Research On Management Based On CSSCI

As an important scientific measurement method, citation analysis is an indispensably effective way to study the scientific structure and the research subject of disciplinary. By using content analysis of scientific literature citation, the paper analyzed academic achievements of core journals on Chinese Management of CSSCI (2006 edition). The paper mainly uses content analysis to explore the research topic, development status and trend on Chinese Management, based on 173,193 quoted literature published in 26 kinds of science and technology journals for Management thesis of nine years (1998-2006).Then the paper uses knowledge map which is a new technique in scientometrics field, and the core structure of disciplinary and the research hotspot can be expressed with the visualization tool of Citespace II directly.Firstly, from the angle of bibliometric research, the paper concludes the overview of disciplinary citation on Chinese management; scientific literature citations have the large increase year by year, from 5877 in the year of 1998 to 60,807 in the year of 2006 ,the citation rate is 2.5569 ~ 18.1087, still fall behind the foreign countries; originally, the vision of the researchers is respectively narrow, lack of innovation and the accumulation and inheritance of academic knowledge are poor, and later the condition improved.Secondly, through the years 1998-2006 situation of citation visualized map ,high-frequency words and keywords analysis, the paper uses content analysis of top co-citation literatures and key quoted literatures ,and concludes the evolving situation in the periodical literature research of Chinese management : According to various domestic and international environment, the research topic on the macro management and policy research institutions ,enterprises management, management theory and methods,etc. three major topics are of mutual turnover.According to the maps of author co-citation and journal co-citation, the cited journals are mostly international journals in Chinese management field from 1998 to 2006.The anglicizing theory and method are being greater impacted by foreign the classical management scholars. As a result of Chinese management research ideas mainly using the foreign management theoretic to research on the domestic environments, there were few Chinese leading scholars in the world. However, with the development and expansion of Chinese's socialist market economy, in the process of exploring our own unique management, Chinese Management's author group has been gradually formed, among which the academic leaders have gradually become the core authors and have been focused by all the scholars.At last the conclusion are drawn : the research topic of Chinese Management field in 1998-2006 has mainly focused on technological innovation, enterprise management, competition mechanism, knowledge management, economic research, policy research and science and technology management.
