As one of key management tools of the contemporary enterprises, information system is widely applied into various enterprises. It is used to record the basic information, deal with the daily works and output operating data by the enterprise. Information system is extraordinarily meaningful to the enterprise's operation. Therefore, the enterprise should keep the safety and stability of the system and the validity of the output data through various pathways, internal control system to provide this channel for the enterprise. The perfect internal control system could help the enterprise identify the risks and take countermeasures promptly. Combining the internal control system with the information system, will be favorable for the enterprise to better carry out the management through information system.The sales management system independently developed by the DG Company is taken as the research object. DG, a large manufacturing enterprise, has three large product platforms and more than 20 categories of products, realizing more than 3 billion Yuan annual sales volume, possessing about 40 branches across the country and more than 2000 working staffs. Its product client base and distribution channel also shows up diversified characteristics.This paper is divided into two parts:theoretical research and case research. The relationship between the both shall be discovered through the theoretical research on the information system and internal control. Then, the efforts shall be made to associate DG Company's sales management systems so as to carry out analysis and evaluation through its function, operating process and control setting, etc., study how the enterprise implements internal control and combines it with the information system at the phase of the system development and perform management of multi-product and multi-sales channel through information system.
