According to the requirements of the SASAC, changes in the external business environment and its own condition, state-owned enterprises mostly are developing in risk management and internal control, and try to construct the Enterprise Risk management and Internal control Information System. But the successful application of risk management and internal control information system is less and less. By the time, the electric power industry is the basic industry, the national energy relationship beneficial to the people’s livelihood, this industry study on risk management and internal control is particularly representative and convincing.Therefore, based on analysis and fusion research the development of risk management and internal control theory, this paper will study the power grid enterprise risk management and internal control information system, focus on how to construct the power grid enterprise’s risk management and internal control information system, to support risk management and internal control system to be implement.The paper is structured as follows:Firstly, elaborating the concept and the model frame about the development of risk management and internal control.Secondly, research and analysis of power grid enterprise risk management and internal control information demand, focus on the information model of power grid enterprises about risk management and internal control.Thirdly, designing the power grid enterprise risk management and internal control information system overall and functions, bring about the whole process of closed loop management.Finally, to improve the power grid enterprise risk management and internal control information level, in order to have some inspiration about risk management and internal control information construction for other industries and enterprises.
