Research On The Imbalance Of Supply And Demand Of Economic Affordable Housing

Life and work, is the basis of social harmony, the housing problem is one of basis questions of people's livelihood. In the historical process of reform and opening up, the housing problem is a major problem, that always closely related to the improvement of residents living conditions, the upgrade of consumption structure and family property accumulating. However, with the deepening of the reform on housing system, housing safeguard and supply system have been improved gradually. And residents' housing conditions have been also improved, the low-income family can by economic affordable housing to solve the housing problem. But now in the supply of economic affordable housing, there is a paradox, "man robs house" and "'house waits man", leading to the supply and demand imbalances. In this paper, we take Qingdao city as an example. First, the paper expounds the evolution process of economic affordable housing system and the generation of the imbalance of supply and demand. And then, analysis the profound reasons respectively from both the supply side and the demand side. Finally, points out the solution on the basis of referring domestic advanced experience, so as to better solve the housing difficulties of the low-income families.
