Research On The Process Management Of Research And Development Project Based On Quality Management For S Research Institute

The success of research and development project does always on process management, which is the most important part and divided into plan and control. Process management must be effectual, in order to reduce the high unpredictability. The quality management system in S research institute cannot adapt to the organization structure, then to research and development project. So that, too much rigorous quality management bind research and development, and shorten the lifecycle of achievements in scientific research. The study is about how find a way that is a fusion of process management to the requirement from ISO9001 and GJB9001B, which is the mandatory regulation to S research institute. The study advance the key to the process management should be "objective", by analyzing the character of research and development project. Then process management and objective management of quality management were combined into a "process management of objective" for research and development project. A new series of method of plan and control was applied in required validation, stages dividing, and checking. In the end, a new process management were available, which is suitable for the rule of research and development, and filled the need of quality management system.
