Research On Structure And Application Of Quality Objective System For DC Company

With the development of economy,quality reflects more and more important significance.In order to manage enterprises standardly,ISO 9001 quality management system(QMS)provides an important basis,and laid a good foundation for sustainable development.The provisions on quality objectives in the QMS are constantly enriched and perfected in the revised version,which reflect the importance of quality policy and objectives.The achievement of quality objectives has a positive impact on the guarantee of product quality and the effectiveness of the system operation.As a main domestic manufacturer of low-speed marine diesel engine,DC Company has been running GB/T 19001 for more than 20 years,but the management of quality objectives is still relatively traditional.Because of less focus on the process performance,it was difficult for the top manager to fix the nonconformity process point,and could hardly evaluate and improve the company management.This article attempts to establish a systematic quality objective system based on the process performance and the company quality policy by decomposing the company's whole process.Benefit from the new quality objective system,the process performance is monitored effectively,and provides important and timely references for managers to make decisions.Problems are discovered and solved in time to improve process performance.Meanwhile,the relevant process performance has been significantly improved,the quality cost has been reduced,and the overall performance of the enterprise has also been improved.To establish such a quality objective system is an innovative attempt for the effective application of process performance management,and has important practical significance.
