The process of building China's socialist legal system with the promotion and transformation of government functions, how to build service-oriented government in accordance with the requirements, improve service quality and efficiency of the tax, the tax for building a harmonious society to play a functional role, to be placed in the tax authorities at all levels in front of an important issue.
