Enterprise Technology Center, Technology Sources, Information Sources And Innovation Performance

Since 1990s, high-tech industry in Zhejiang province develops so rapidly that has become an important force to promote economic development of Zhejiang. Currently, world high-tech industries have entered a new growing period, new technology revolution continues to make a significant breakthrough, the wave of new round of international industry transfer to China has already begun to form, and it's a good chance for high-tech industry in Zhejiang to absorb advanced resources of R&D, manufacturing and management of multinational. High-tech industry is technology-intensive industry and knowledge-intensive industry, and its development depends on scientific and technological innovation and support of information. With the emergence of economic globalization, competition among enterprises is increasingly fierce, technology has become a competitive weapon, is the most important corporate resource. Establishment and improvement of enterprise technology center is an important method for high-tech industry in Zhejiang province to enhance the development potential and accumulate technological reserves. Technological innovation often comes from the collection and collation of information, and the enterprises'innovation activities rely heavily on support of information. Therefore, research on the relationship among technology center, technical sources, information sources and innovation performance is significant. The paper begins with the theory summarizing of technology center, technical sources and information sources, and then proposes three hypotheses combined the current innovation situation of high-tech industry in Zhejiang, they are the impact of technology center on innovation performance, the impact of technical sources on innovation performance and the impact of information sources on innovation performance, and study the relationship between various factors and innovation performance through correlation and regression analysis, the following conclusions are: (1) identified level of enterprise technology center has a significant effect on innovation performance, but the impact of organization form of enterprise technology center on innovation performance is not significant; (2) internal and external technology acquisition can influence the innovation performance to a certain extent; (3) information sources have not much influence on innovation performance. In addition, an evaluation to the technological innovation efficiency of high-tech industry in Zhejiang province is made by using DEA model, the result shows that technical efficiency is not high, and there is such waste. Finally, the paper presents how to improve the innovation performance of high-tech industry in Zhejiang province from technology center, technical sources and information sources.
