The Research On Logistic Financial Business Credit Risk Assessment

Small and Medium Enterprise was one of the most active factor in china, its role in social development should not be overlooked. However, loans to SMEs and its direct financing is difficult. The difficult situation cannot match its contribution . To solve the financing problem of SMEs, banks develop targeted and innovative financial products actively. In this context, logistic finance came into being rapidly.Logistic Finance lead into logistics enterprises as the third party, so we can assess the risk of SEMs from the perspective of an integrated supply chain. In solving the financing problem of SMEs, logistic finance is so unique that most banks favored deeply. With the development of logistic financial services, the risks exposed gradually. Therefore, it is necessary to carry out systematic assessment studies on logistic finance, it can provide ideas for the development of logistic finances.This paper mainly studies the credit risk evaluation of logistic financing business. Firstly, we analyze the logistic financing's development situation and the main problems it existed, then introducing the concepts and the major models of logistic financing. Secondly, summarize the characteristics and causes of logistic financing business's credit risks. On this basis, we studied the elements of credit risk assessment from three apart: industry conditions; the comprehensive strength of SMEs; the operating conditions of logistic finance. Then, design the financial indicators and non-financial indicators of credit assessment. Fourthly, using the date of SMEs to factor analysis. On the basis of index system, establish logistic regression model and work out the corresponding cofficient., then using examples to empirical analysis. We can conclude that adopting new assessment method can effectively improve the credit status. At last, post measures for the credit risk of logistic financing .
