Value-Added Logistics Services On Heavy Truck

This paper analyzes the situation of the heavy trucks' market home and abroad.The economic construction of our country and the development of the logistics industry is leading the market for heavy trucks into a positively booming stage. There're also fierce competitions among the associated after-sale service industry of the heavy trucks. Many trade companies came up with the catchphrases like "affectionate service" "sunshine service "and "Close-to-customer Service ".Besides, various trade companies are paying more attention to their service policies and the extension of the "Three Guarantees". As far as the after-sale service companies of the heavy trucks are concerned, the primary issues of their concern would be how to expand new service areas and provide better service to the customers while making the regular after-sale service well enough. On the other hand, for the customers, the efficient, convenient, and fast service which creates benefit is needed. Thus, VAS can be used to satisfy the customers and provide them with extra service in addition to the core service. On the basis of the necessity for building up the VAS of the heavy trucks is discussed in this article, the concrete contents of the VAS are described, the need for VAS in the after-sale service industry of the heavy trucks is analyzed.On the basic of the customers' demand, the practical VAS is sorted out; the way of developing the VAS and feasible after-sale VAS pattern of the heavy trucks are both put forward in this article.
