With the development of China's market economy, modern logistics industry as a new production and service industries, has became an important factor in promoting China's economic development. But many problems still exist in China's enterprise logistics.Full investigation and research on the status of China's vehicle logistics, this paper summarizes the specific problems faced by our country at this stage the vehicle logistics and operating status. And phased for each question, we established a mathematical model of logistics distribution vehicle based on intelligent scheduling. First, according to the vehicle loading process which is artificial and experience of operating, we set up the vehicle stowage model; this model solved the problem of scattered distribution points, achieved goods effective demolition of the order board combination and greatly improved the utilization of vehicles. Secondly, in the condition of meeting the vehicle loading conditions, we built the path optimization model by the cluster analysis of customer sites and the transport process analysis of the objective function and constraints,than we delivered the model of the ring path, thus saving a lot of manpower and material.The same time, in order to facilitate the performance evaluation of the carrier vehicle, the article also gives the KPI assessment model based on the Analytic Hierarchy Process, which makes the business operation more standardized rationalization.With the establishment of the model and the analysis of the operational processes, the end of this article provides a specific description of the intelligent dispatching system, which can contribute to the work of the post-programmers.This paper make full use of the idea of mathematical modeling and transform the complex practical problems in vehicle logistics operation such as loading of vehicle, transportation of goods and constraints of capacity into mathematical language, to build a scientific and rational mathematical model. The models have a close relationship with each other. The output data of one module can be used directly as the input data of another module, which increase the operability of the model and makes logistics scheduling problem to achieve a truly intelligent.
