The world economic integration intensifies the competition in banking, joining the WTO let foreign banks in China gradually landing. In 2009, Merchants Bank, Minsheng Bank, Prudential Bank in succession in the city of JN (a city in Southwest of Shandong) opened for business in 2010 alone, rural market has so that the postal savings, credit union occupation, city land also faces the risk of being carved.In order to quickly abandon the Bank of China shares before sequelae, promote the competitiveness of local bank, build a high performance team, through the study of literature, interviews and other methods, from the analysis of JX branch of the management of the status quo, through the staffs working status and encourage the demand analysis, proposed the incentive plan, and the common needs and ideas were summarized in this paper, we found the problems in the management of the JX branch: The lack of an effective ncentive mechanism, to promote the full marketing but lacks the corresponding training, job rotation is restricted not only pays attention to the index and lack of leadership, and employee communication, new entrants students occupation planning lost.In the face of banking management in these problems, the author summarized the practice experience, put forward to solve the method:In the management system, needs to implement a set of scientific performance appraisal mechanism; Focus on staff training as the performance management implementation safeguard; Strengthen the employee's occupation career planning, Strengthen the power of work;Raise basic level managers quality and improve the methods of management, Pay attention to the psychological research, In the spirit of the staff sincerely, Attention and communication between the staff.
