The Rural Commercial Bank is just founded by restructuring the system and gets behind in the salary incentive mechanism. The Guiding of Commercial Bank Moderate Salary Regulation, issued by China Banking Regulatory Commission, offers a policy basis for the innovation of salary incentive mechanism of Rural Commercial Bank.This paper mainly studies the salary incentive mechanism instruction of Rural Commercial Bank.
