| Nowadays,,personal credit plays more and more important role in the development of commercial banks, and how to make sustaining development of personal credit becomes a good theme for banks. Based on innovation theory, This paper utilizes total factor of innovation theory to analyses service innovation with the current condition of national commercial banks as object of study, and expatiates how to execute strategy on it.Firstly, this paper studies about personal credit service in commercial banks and innovation management theory, with Dalian Hi-technology branch of Bank Of China as object of study, finds out the inadequate issues. The analysis shows, recently, the service innovation should be strengthened.Secondly, the paper studies about product innovation, operation flow innovation, customer management innovation, performance innovation, performance management innovation and corporate culture innovation. The analysis shows that, personal credit innovation needs not only support from managers of relative department and build innovation system based on consumer's demand, but also need cooperation from human resource department by culture innovation, so that the service can development of continuity and make more profit for banks. |
