Nowadays, "high housing price" has become a hot topic, and whether the high price is reasonable and its formation causes are the focuses of the government and the public. As the important section of real estate industry, which can stimulate the circulation of resold apartments and the development of real estate industry, what is the real estate brokerage's role in the process? Whether the problem that information asymmetry seriously impedes the increase of resold apartment market's operating efficiency will enhance the increase of housing price? So this paper will focus on housing information sharing mechanism, and try to explain the housing price problem.Taking housing information sharing mechanism as object, this paper selectively analyzes operation rules of our country's existing housing information sharing modes, such as public listing mechanism, and private listing mechanism. The paper discusses the efficiency effects and effects on housing prices of intermediary organs' different strategies and behaviors under these modes. Meanwhile, this paper analyzes the network platform's effects on market efficiency and on consumer benefit. Combining the situation of Beijing's second-hand house transaction online service platform, the paper makes a contrast between the Beijing's platform and the Unite States' MLS system. Then it comes to the conclusions about how to build our own true MLS system:1. comprehensively carry out the exclusive agency mechanism step by step; 2. encourage favourable cooperation among different real estate agent firms, and reasonably negotiate the distributing rate between the side who exploits the housing information and the side who completes the transaction; 3. MLS system be operated by the sectoral self-regulatory organization through the form of firms; 4. antitrust department should supervise and restrain real estate agent firms' pricing behavior effectively.This paper's uniqueness is that, from industry level, using industrial organization theories, it analyzes influence factors of housing price through studying real estate brokerage's market structure and firm's conduct in China. However, because of the lack of enough data about real estate brokerage, the paper is short of adequate quantitative analysis and the ample study about Beijing second-hand house transaction online platform. In the future, I need to improve the concerning study.
