Real estate timeshare is an industry combined with real estate and tourism, Both of them are relevant and contain high additional values. Based on the theories of real estate and tourism, starting from the research of real estate timeshare, this article will analyze the current situation of real estate timeshare, especially its influence on brand building. Then we will use Hainan Lanyang hot spring as case, according to its natural source and humanity, try to figure out how to build its brand through the combination, programming and marketing of real estate timeshare, like creation of function, specialty design, market service and so on. Based on that, the article will also discuss the union of real estate timeshare and other industry in the tourist area, and offer some policyrelated advice for the brand building of Lanyang. This article will have some relevance value for the building and development some domestic tourist area.
