With the younger generation of parents, a new round of children's consumption will be fully upgraded. Children's clothing brand consumer spending has become the mainstream, high-profile brand to become young parents shopping for children's choice. Uneven development of Chinese children's clothing market, there is no core competencies to compete with foreign brands. Contemporary international clothing companies, such as H & M and TOPSHOP and other fast-fashion brand, has achieved considerable success. Here for the Chinese clothing enterprises to provide a reference model, so here the necessity of development of this model, and this necessity will apply the same in the local brand.By analyzing the fast fashion model to solve the problem of the main factors and the bject of factors, all the stores of these two factors are common issues to be considered. But every business needs its own development characteristics, which leads to differences in the aspirations of the brand, so in-depth analysis of research to solve these problems. Here we find the difference between an entry point brand, the brand's core culture is different to be different forms of children's clothing brand points.Through my design practice, the fast fashion model based on the Na Wei children to re-create the brand, making it unique in the same consumer market. This would solve the fast fashion business model to bring the concept of ambiguous and establish a complete system positioning. In the consumer mind set a good image, so the brand is able to meet the core cultural differences mode fast fashion brand differentiation demands.
