As the international development of the theory and practice of procurement, more and more companies starting to focus on international procurement and supply chain activities, organization, management and strategic analysis, especially long-term strategic cooperation based on the purpose of implementation and use of international procurement, improve product quality for improve operational efficiency, enhance the company's core competitiveness has an important role.
