In this century,the appearance of E-busincss makes economic development built on a new platform. E-busincss,as the inevitable consequence of traditional entrprise meeting internet cconomy.has gradually been realized and put to use in management by Chinese enterprises since 1990's, and has obtained remarkable effect. But in recent years, the Chinese small enterprises' K-business development is still in low level. Although E-business management is an advanced managerial idea, it is not generally realized by Chinese enterprises and customers. So. it is of great practical value to improve competitive ability of Chinese middle and small enterprises with positive analysis of CM scientific instrument company and reflecting current situations of E-business. finding, difficulties in them and putting forward to solve these problems.In this paper, the author researches and explores the problem of development of CM scientific instrument company in the Held of li-busincss. On the basis of recomending the enterprise's background and its E-business development and combining the development of the present domestic electronic business.the author has analysed niaeroseopieal environment and the internal condition of the enterprise thoroughly and cxhaustivly, has discussed the existing problems on the attitudes of inner comunication, e-busincss professional . network marketing management, e-busincss customer relationship management. In course of the development of electronic business, the author has proposed Ihe preliminary suggestion of changing the existing organisation or structure , improving the manpower resources management, innovating network marketing and boosting online customer loyalty.
