Public media have paid great attention to executive pay increases recently, and the executive compensation disclosure of relevant provisions has been greatly perfected, listed company executives of salary incentive system is getting more and more perfect. Private listed companies as an important engine promoting the development of the Chinese economy begin to earn more and more attention.Based on the gap between their pay by China securities market, private listed companies, In the light of empirical data of China private listed company executives of salary gap, we have studied the factors that affecting the private listed companies executive pay gap between their pay and the performance of the company. Because the present research on the executives with corporate performance is minor, the relationship between executives and for internal team salary gap and performance of the company, and recent conclusion is not consistent.With the conclusion that there is inter-connection between the executive team's pay gap and the company performance, we start our research.This paper first analyzes the influence of private listed companies between executive pay gap collecting the data between 2007 and 2009 of Chinese private listed firms with executive pay gap between the performance of the enterprise using an empirical study, which is related to the conclusion. Championship theory in private listed companies is applicable.This affects the private listed companies executive pay gap between the factors of regression analysis, are also confirmed that two concurrently, the proportion of independent directors, area and is related to the extent.The nature of private listed companies decided it and state-owned company executives in the dominant team internal salary gap and performance of the company or a certain difference on the relationship.
