Study On The Competitiveness Of Automobile Industrial Cluster In Anhui Province

Industrial clusters as an economic phenomenon attention; it can bring external economies of scale, reducing transaction costs, encouraging innovation and other benefits to enterprises within the cluster, to improve the competitiveness of enterprises. As the automotive industry is a high correlation of industry, own the length of chain, dependence and leading role of the related industries are very strong, the industry cluster can effectively promote the automobile industry. Looking at the international automobile industry, the vast majority of countries are through developing industrial clusters, such as the U.S. city of Detroit, Toyota City, Japan, etc. as the rising star of Korean automotive industry cluster is also through developing the auto industry.Anhui automobile industry after development of 40 years has become an important base for innovation in China's automobile industry. Anhui automobile industry is one of the eight pillar industries, has played an important role the economic development of Anhui Province. However, Anhui faced the competition of international and domestic auto industry, what had been very intense, at this time, to evaluate the competitiveness clusters of the automobile industry in Anhui Province and to focus on some of the suggestions and opinions are very important.In this paper, using qualitative and quantitative analysis, conducted a comprehensive evaluation of the automobile industry. First, the use of Porter's "diamond model",from the factors of production, demand conditions, business strategy and competition in the industry, related industries and support line qualitative analysis the Anhui automobile industry's overall competitiveness and relative competitive advantage and disadvantage. Subsequently, it has done a quantitative analysis of deeper analysis, selected six typical automobile industry clusters, used the AHP, and selected the relevant evaluation to establish a comprehensive evaluation model, what can competitive automobile industry cluster competitiveness. At last, combined spider chart to evaluate the index value of index system of comprehensive analysis, on the basis of quantitative analysis, evaluated of the Anhui automobile industry cluster competitiveness, and relative advantages and disadvantages. Anhui automobile industry cluster competitive research:use of comprehensive competitiveness of industrial clusters model, obtained strengths and weaknesses of Anhui automobile industry compared to other five typical automotive industry's provinces and cities, that the scale of Anhui Province in competitiveness has a comparative advantage, the market development performance is general, and production competitiveness, business competitiveness is at a certain disadvantage. Anhui automobile industry in the six typical provinces and cities rock the fourth, indicating that the automobile industry clusters in Anhui Province have a certain competitive advantage, but on the whole, many places could be improved. For its advantages and disadvantages of factors, from the integration of scale economy; build core business, enhance the independent innovation; increase government support; seize the opportunity to put forward proposal in favor of aspects of Anhui automobile industry, to improve competitiveness of the cluster.
