| Recently, as economy growing and urbanization process developing rapidly, traffic congestion is recognized as one of the main obstacles about environment and social economy development. Traffic control department and transportation researchers have been concerning on effective conduct of the routing choice and means of relieving congestion. This thesis mainly discusses travel cost, congestion pricing and guidance of selecting the optimal route according to travelers'needs.Chapter 1 briefly introduces the researching background and significance of congestion pricing theory and the route choice criteria. Both the foreign and domestic researching status and preliminary knowledge which is necessary in the thesis are given.Based on the interactions of private and public vehicles, Chapter 2 analyzes various travel costs and the loss as a result of arriving early or late. Then the generalized traffic cost function is given and a bi-level programming model is presented and solved. In the actual life, some users who follow regular routes for various reasons do not pursue to the route choice criteria. In Chapter 3, for the consideration of variations of trip cost, a demand function is presented and the conditions of user equilibrium route choice are promoted. Thus generalized user equilibrium route choice has more universality. On this basis, not only a bi-level programming model for congestion pricing is established, but also the algorithm and an example are given. In the final chapter, the multi-attribute decision-making method is applied to the path selection, which is based on possibility and the deviation degree of interval number. And a new path selection method is put forward to well reflect drivers'preferences. Finally, the given example verifies that it has good feasibility and applicability. |
