LQ Corporation, subsidiary to HK Group is a military unit of powerful production capability with a national technology and inspection center of special micro-motor, possessing domestic leading design and process technology as well as over 500 scientific fruits and covering a product range of special micro-motor, secondary power supply, telemetry equipment and electromechanical product. According to the unified city planning with approval of local government, a motor science & technology zone is to be constructed in a new area of the city, including a production line for precision special micro-motor and advanced special motor. This construction project, related to a variety of fields, is in accordance with the requirement of industrialization and scale production, which will accelerate the development of innovative technology and bring a prominent social benefit.This thesis, based on the real condition of LQ Corporation makes a research into the feasibility of motor science & technology zone construction project with the combination of theoretical knowledge and practical work. Firstly, the theoretical framework of the thesis is brought about, based on the introduction of relative theories and methodologies about feasibility study. And then market research and marketing strategy is made, from which the construction scheme proceeds. Finally the potential risk and uncertain factors of the project are analyzed through a financial feasibility study with the appliance of qualitative and quantitative analysis. In the final analysis, we can find that this construction project is feasible and with the advantage of low risk, high return, short investment periods, and good scale benefit.
