Project feasibility study is before the new project,through the analysis and demonstration of all aspects of the project,so as to determine whether the project has the investment value process.Through the study of the feasibility of the project,the possibility of avoiding and reducing the error of investment decision-making in the control project is effectively avoided,and it has important guiding significance for the new project.China's fruit wine industry has entered a strategic opportunity period.Investors at all levels have entered the catering industry.Some people have been successful but some have failed.Many investors do not have a complete feasibility analysis of investment projects before investment,and feasibility study is an important link to judge whether the project is implemented,and it is the key point for the whole project to be implemented smoothly.Although there are a lot of financial feasibility analysis methods of investment projects,the author has consulted the relevant literature and found that the financial feasibility study of investment projects designed for the catering industry is still relatively short,so the research in this paper is in line with the needs of modern social development.In this paper,the feasibility study of golden jujube wine investment project is selected,first of all,from the background of the topic,the significance of the research,combined with the research status at home and abroad,the innovation of this research is put forward.Secondly,it expounds the theory and method of project feasibility,laying the foundation for further research.Thirdly,the status of the project in foreign and domestic markets is analyzed from a market perspective.Through actual investigation,the basic conditions of this project are analyzed in detail.In addition,the technical feasibility of the project is analyzed from the technical point of view.In addition,the basic condition analysis and financial data budget were carried out.On the basis of this,the financial feasibility study of Jin Si jujube wine investment project was conducted in all directions.It mainly adopts the method of combining dynamic and static indexes,analyses the profitability and survival ability of the project from the net present value of golden jujube,investment recovery period and so on,and draws a conclusion that the investment project of Jin silk jujube wine is strong.Finally,in order to avoid the loss of investors,the uncertainty and risk of the project are analyzed.Through the break even point and sensitivity analysis,the conclusion is drawn that the balance point of profit and loss is low and the overall anti risk ability of the project is relatively strong,and the corresponding countermeasures are put forward.
