Study Of China's Export Of Agriculture Commodities To The Rok Under The Strategic Background Of FTA

In recent years, economic globalization grows deeply , at the same time, the regional economic integration also developes rapidly. FTAs as the main form of regional trade arrangements are emerging constantly. The major countries and regional groups in the world have accelerated the pace of development of free trade area. South Korea's FTA started late, but grows fast, so far, the number of nations (economic organizations) who has conducted joint research of substantive negotiations with South Korea about the FTA is up to twenty, and seven FTAs have been in effect. As an important trade partner and agricultural export market of China, FTA development strategy of South Korea may have a greater impact on China's agricultural exports. So it is necessary to study profound.Text is divided into seven chapters. Basing on the construction of the theoretical framework and the gravity model, the paper researches the economic effects that South Korea's FTA strategy and China-Korea FTA bring to China. The results show:trade diversion that South Korea's FTA in force generated is small, and if China and South Korea eatablish FTA, Chinese agriculture export will be promoted. Then combining South Korea's previous experience in negotiation and the focus of debate on agriculture between China and South Korea, propose the countermeasures.In order to maximize the interests of our agriculture, our government should correctly grasp the obstacles between the two countries and strive to balance the interests of both countries to promote the establishment of China-Korea FTA; We should promote companies and farmers to be aware of FTA, urging them to improve the quality of export agricultural products to address the opportunities and challenges that FTA may brings to us; also,we should establish the market information service system and Trade-friction treatment agencies to provide strong support for agricultural producers in China.
