There are several financing options for SMEs to choose according to their different internal and external environment.The effective factors on supply chain financial methods of small and medium-sized enterprises played an important role in finance of small and medium-sized enterprises ,so the author tried to analyse these effective factors which provided a clear grounds for supply chain financial methods of SMEs to choose.Meanwhile, the banks are the creators and providers of the supply chain financial products, who have to analyze the demands of supply chain financial methods of SMEs, therefore, analysing the effective factors on supply chain financial methods of small and medium-sized enterprises has far-reaching practical meanings.To settle the troubles on the SMEs finance, the author tried to do a comprehensive analysis on the effective factors on supply chain financial methods of small and medium-sized enterprises based on the theory of characteristics and advantages of supply chain financial methods of small and medium-sized enterprises in China.Then the author obtained the required data through the form of questionnaire which investigated SMEs in the supply chain having connections with financial services from a commercial bank in Hangzhou. And the article used SPSS regression analysis and empirical research on effective factors on supply chain financial methods.Then draw the following conclusion that the financial period, loan amount, financial cost, financial risk, the state of operations or financial conditions of the companies, guarantee conditions, credit ratings, business process settings, the pertinence of credit products and industrial policies of countries or areas affect supply chain financing options of SMEs. This paper analyzed the effective factors on supply chain financial methods of small and medium-sized enterprises and their directions, and then ordered according to the importance. The purpose of this article is to provide a clear grounds for supply chain financial methods of SMEs to choose, help the banks to design more supply chain financial products and provide basis to improve service levels.
