Supply chain management and supply chain finance is more and more important in the field of supply chain,supply chain management for trading between upstream and downstream of supply chain from procurement to sales integration of integrated management,improving the efficiency and save cost,more enough to achieve multi-win-win situation,supply chain finance under the real trade increasingly frequent,also is indispensable,on the one hand,can satisfy the capital demand of financing needs,also can let the idle fund flowing,realize the value of appreciation,on the other hand,financial supply chain can enhance the cohesive affinity of the supply chain between upstream and downstream enterprises,make the parties closer together,conducive to the stability of suppliers and customers.And the rise of Internet+,also for the financial supply chain and supply chain management provides a new development opportunity,because offline trading the main problem is the information asymmetry and trust issues,traded on e-commerce platform can greatly improve the two problems,on the one hand,can make use of big data and cloud computing technology to grab a large amount of data,show on the platform,realizes the visualization,solved the problem of asymmetric information,on the other hand has a track record for every deal,you can see at any time,realize the controllable,solves the problem of trust.The combination of the three forms the operation mode of "trade+finance+e-commerce platform",which has great advantages for supply chain enterprises.Trade business and financial business can bring profits,while e-commerce platform provides technical and information support to make the business bigger and stronger.For the literature review part,this paper mainly introduces supply chain management,supply chain finance,supply chain finance based on Internet platform and the research on their impact on enterprise performance.This paper introduces the concepts related to supply chain in the relevant concept and theoretical basis department,and also introduces the industry cycle theory,industry-finance combination theory and business ecological coordination theory,which are beneficial to the combination of the three,as well as the influence path and analysis method of the operation mode of "trade+finance+e-commerce platform" on financial performance.In terms of case selection,the first and only supply chain management enterprise listed in a-share market--CCS company was selected.This company was founded in 2000 and engaged in coal trading.It was transformed into A supply chain platform service in 2013 and finally formed the operation mode of "trade+finance+e-commerce platform" in 2015.This paper takes 2013 as the starting point,2015 as the node,and 2017 as the end point.Through own comparative analysis and peer comparison analysis,I explain the specific financial performance and influencing factors of this operation mode.Finally,specific Suggestions for improvement are proposed for these influencing factors.Of course,the company's operation mode cannot be invariable and will be constantly innovated and changed with specific situations.Therefore,the analysis in this paper is always limited in terms of time and overall strategic layout.
